Below are our policies regards refunds and returns, however, these do not replace any agreements made in a signed Statement of Work contract.
Interior Design Services
Due to the nature of the services we provide, refunds are not offered once design consultations or services have been completed. However, if you have concerns about the design process or feel that the deliverables did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final design package. We will work with you to resolve any issues or address any misunderstandings.
- Requests for revisions: If revisions are requested, we will offer one round of minor revisions at no additional charge, provided the revisions are within the scope of the original design. Additional revisions beyond the first round may be subject to an extra fee.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an active project, please contact us as soon as possible. For services that have not yet been rendered (such as initial design consultations), you may receive a partial refund. If services have been provided or work has begun, the deposit and any payments are non-refundable.
Products Purchased from Tinker & Trim
If you purchase any physical products through the Tinker & Trim website, such as design templates, mood boards, or other items, the following conditions apply:
- Returns: Returns are accepted for physical products within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges for physical products. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Digital Products
If you purchase digital products such as downloadable design templates, eBooks, or online courses from Tinker & Trim:
- No Returns: Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted once the product has been sent by Tinker & Trim.
- Refund Requests: If there are any issues with the digital product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement product, a credit, or, in exceptional cases, a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
